Dapper Snappers Is Closing It’s Doors (Final Blog)

Monday, May 1, 2017 @ 08:05 AM
posted by mrscaz

Once upon a time, there was a new mom that saw a need for her skinny little boy and decided to solve it. That need grew into a business and the product became Dapper Snappers. The year was 2007 and we had no idea that such a simple product would turn into an international must-have item for moms.

Recently, a new opportunity has presented itself and we believe is in the best interest of our family to take it. Unfortunately, doing so means we will not be able to continue making Dapper Snappers.

The purpose of this letter is to inform you, officially, of our decision to close the Dapper Snapper doors on 6/30/2017. We’ve tried very hard over the past couple years to find the right person(s) to purchase the product line and equipment, but alas no viable candidates were found.

We do have inventory on the shelves (and being sold online), and more material still being made into product, but the supply is limited.

We have enjoyed working with you and your team very much as both customers and fellow entrepreneurs.

We thank you for being our customers and supporters over the past 10 years. ♥

Blessings,

Michelle Cazella
Owner/ Inventor

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, brown sugar, wheat germ, cinnamon, flour, raisins and salt. Make a well in the center, and pour in the honey, egg, oil and vanilla. Mix well using your hands. Pat the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
  3. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes in the preheated oven, until the bars begin to turn golden at the edges. Cool for 5 minutes, then cut into bars while still warm. Do not allow the bars to cool completely before cutting, or they will be too hard to cut.
